product key on new pc

I have been running through laptops about every 18 months.

Last time I replaced one I tired to install my office suite on the new
computer. It wouldn't take it saying the product was already reqistered to
another computer (the one I replaced). I was on line w/ microsoft for over an
hour paying for support and they finally gave me a new product key.

I recently sent my pc in for warranty repairs and they sent me a new pc. I
want to install office 2003 but want to avoid the problems I had last time.
There has to be an easier way to install (and not have to pay for support as
well)

How do I install it on the new pc and avoid product key problems?

If you are reinstalling it every 18 months, you're liable to run into this
issue each time. You can try the telephone activation option, which I think
is toll-free.
