Product Key problem

K

Kultra

My trial version of word 2007 ran out so I used the option to go to th
full word version.
I ordered the backup cd along with the product key and popped them in
went through the options but nothing happened and I can't use word 200
still
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling using the cd but still nothing

Running Windows Vista, my laptop isn't online at the moment would tha
be a problem in upgrading to full version

And to whom are you talking and about what? You probably don't realise that
the "forum" you are posting through leaches off the Microsoft public
newsgroups in order to give the appearance of being far busier than it
really is. Please QUOTE the post you are replying to, and even better, junk
the forum completely and subscribe to the MS newsgroups direct.
