I lost my Product Key for Microsoft Office 2000 Small Business. However, I
saw a Microsoft webpage
(http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011508341033.aspx?mode=print
) that offers to help recover the Product Key following the conditions
written on the webpage. I still have a series of questions.

1. Is the phone there toll-free (1-800-936-5700 ) on United States?
Worldwide? (By the way, I reside in the Philippines. Can I call Microsoft
Philippines, instead? What number should I call?)

2. Do you need to pay for this service? I saw some people in the forum
stating that you need to pay $35.

3. Are there any alternative ways? You see, I have not installed this in any
computer. However, it was weird that I was able to know its Product ID. Can
you determine the code through the CD itself? With what program?
