I believe I have a valid product key from my firm. I installed Office XP
Professional (2002) over Office 2000 Professional. The install went fine.
When I first attempted to use Word it requested the product key. I provided
the key and shut down Word upon request. When I run Word again it requests
the key. I provided the key again and shut down Word and shut down my
machine.
I get no error message just repeated requests for the product key each time
I run an application from Office XP Professional.
Any reason why it takes the key without error but does not activate the
product?
Machine: Dell Latitude D600, Windows XP SP 1.
Also have Visio 2003, MS Project 2000 installed
