Product Key Troubles (need help asap).

Good Helpers and MSFT staff!

Hope you can be of dear advice. I have a Sony Vaio (purchased at Best Buy)
which had installed Office2007, the product key for Office found sealed on
the back of labtop gets denied every time i enter the product key. The
message is "invalid product key"...I can forward someone at MSFt the product
key but i cannot believe this happening

I'm so upset, I have so much work to do that i would like to use my office
tools for.

The product key on the back of the laptop is for Windows, which is why
it won't work with Office. Contact Best Buy or, if your copy of Office
cam in a case, the Product Key should be on the case.
