Yes I have purchase a IBM Think Pad And cannot send in excell or e-mail the
pop up is asking for a product key and when I look on the bottom of the lap
top and input the numbers It has not work.

You'll need to contact whoever you bought the PC from or Microsoft Licensing
or Support regarding this problem.

The product key affixed to the PC is for WIndows, not Office. If you didn't
purchase a full retail or OEM version of Office when you purchased the
laptop, you'll have to do that. Most vendors install a trial version of
Office.
