My computer crashed and when I rebooted my original Outlook 2003 will not
restore. I have been using outlook 2003 since 2004 when i buy it. I am
getting this error message that states to convert my trial version of Outlook
to the full product I need a valid 25-character product key. I do not have
this product key any longer. I have lost it. Where do I obtain this key or
can you give me help.

When you had your Outlook 2003 did you by any chance download and install the Office
2007 Trial at any point

Can you start any other Office application? The product key should be
available there in Help>About.
