Product Key

We bought our pc from Gateway a little over a year ago.
About a month ago we got a virus and had to delete
everything from our system. When I reinstalled all the
progrmas everything is working fine except for Word. I
need the product key and I can't seem to locate the paper
that this number is on. Can anyone help me?

It's been a while since I had a Gateway, but the last one I got came with a
little binder that contained all the program CDs and also the Certificates
of Authenticity for the Microsoft apps. The product key is printed on those.
If you didn't get anything like that, perhaps the CDs came in cardboard
folders with the CoAs pasted in them?
