The trial version expired, and I purchased Microsoft Office Student Teacher
edition. To activate the product, I obviously used the product key that
came along with the box... Then, when I try to open OneNote 2003, a window
would pop up saying enter in the product key, and even when I enter in that
same key, it still says invalid. So, I reinstalled it, and tried again. It
still says it is invalid. I do not understand.
OneNote 2003 is a standalone application... you have to purchase it
separately because it is not included as part of any Office 2003
edition. Office 2003 Students and Teachers Edition includes Word 2003,
Excel 2003, Outlook 2003, and Powerpoint 2003, so the product key from
that box activates exactly those four programs, but not OneNote 2003.
I am having the same problem that HeLLoKiDDy is having.
