My microsoft office and student was preinstalled on my laptop when I bought
it and never could find my product key now I can't do anything on my
microsoft office at all. Can anybody please help me?

Yes, contact the tech support for the company that produced the laptop
and installed the software.

It is also common for the office software on a new laptop to not be a full
version of office at all, but a trial with no key provided. Generally a 60
day license.

If this is the case, then you would need to purchase a key or a boxed copy
of office.
