Is there any recourse available for a lost product key?
My Office XP Pro was installed and registered before my
hard drive crashed. The hard drive is now replaced, and
I have my Office cd, but cannot locate my product key.

If it's a store-retail (boxed) copy you can contact MS (800) 360-7561 [or
http://microsoft.com/worldwide]

If it's an OEM copy, contact the company that preinstalled it on the
computer. The OEM
supplier is responsible for supporting the copies they install.
