Hi,

I had a virus on my computer. I had to restore to factory settings. I went
to reinstall office2007 and when I put in the product key it tells me it is
"incorrect."

Your Office 2007 did it come with your computer or did you purchase the Office 2007
separately with a Retail purchase

No private emails.

Where did you get the product key from for your reinstall of Office 2007?
It would have to be from either the label on the Office DVD case or the
email you received when you purchased the activation key from digital river
on the pre-installed trial version to turn it into a retail version.

If on a label, carefully read the label in a good light with a magnifying
glass. B & 8 look alike as do S and 5 and a few other characters.
