My Mom don't know how to download office and she has lost her product number
which came on the back of the dics, what do I do to get the number?

Did Office come pre-installed on the computer? If so, you have to call your
computer manufacturer. Unfortunately that usually leads to a very frustrated
computer owner because I've never heard of a person getting satisfaction in
this situation.
