Product re-activation

I'm planning on rebuilding my home pc with new motherboard hard drive etc.
how do I re-activate my Office installation as technically this would be my
3rd installation at home but the original hard drive is going in the garbage

First try the normal internet Office activation. If it has been at least
120 since your last activation, the internet activation should work - mine
did on a completely new computer.

If the internet activation does not work, use the phone activation option.
