disappointed consumer 389590

in attempt to update product right after intial installation, tech support
interface appeared user unfriendly, very complex and expensive. this was
your opportunity to help not exploit a new user. you blew it. will delete
software instead of go thru such a hostile interface.

It's unfortunately that you had problems, but you need to recognize that no
one here has any idea what you're talking about!

This specific newsgroup happens to be for questions about getting started
using Access, the database product that's part of Office Professional. Did
your problems have anything to do with Access?
