Prof 2003 on Server 2002 : options greyed out

We are running MS Project Server 2002 . Our managers used
MS Project Professional 2002 which worked fine . Some of
them had an upgrade of their Professional 2002 to
Professional 2003 (don't ask me why).

When they click 'Tools-Enterprise Options' following
options are greyed out :
- Open Enterprise Global
- Import Project to Enterprise
- Import Resources to Enterprise
- Restore Enterprise Global

With Professional 2002 they didn't have the problem .

Does anyone have a clue about how this can be solved ?

P.S. : my first reaction was : why the hell did you
upgrade to Professional 2003 when 2002 did the job nicely ?

Those who now have Project Professional 2003 must still set up user login
accounts in the software. To do so, they should complete the following
steps:

1. Open Microsoft Project Professional
2. Click Tools - Enterprise Options - Microsoft Office Project Server
Accounts
3. Click the Add button
4. Enter an Account Name and Project Server URL
5. Select the "Set as default account" option
6. Select the "Use Windows user account" option
7. Select the "Manually control connnection state" option
8. Click the OK button
9. Close and relaunch Microsoft Project Professional and then log in

They will now be able to use Project Server's enterprise features again.
Hope this helps.
