Professional Office 2003 CD won't reinstall program -patch pkg

Message: The operation failed due to an installation problem. Restart
outlook & try again. If the problem persists, please reinstall. My
installation CDs give this message: The patch package could not be opened.
Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it or contacvt
the Application Vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installed patch
package.
I'm in a hoop. My professional Office 2003 CDs won't reinstall program.
I can't get email for help. I can't install Office 2003 Service Pack 2; now
the entire program as well as my installation cds won't work.
