professional vs xp error

i have installed office pro 2007 but sstill have office xp on my machine.
computer is saying xp is not genuine and so i can not access anything on
office pro.
any suggestions???????

Presumably OfficeXP not genuine, not winxp?
It was an upgrade version of Office2007?
