Profiles - Switching

Could someone please tell me how to switch profiles
within Outlook. That is, I don't want to have to close
Outlook and then select which profile. Can I switch
while the program is open like the Outlook Express Switch
Identity funtion?

No, you have to close Outlook AFAIK.....
