profiles

Hello, I have Outlook 2003 and I use Office 2000 without Outlook 2000
installed. I want to set up profiles for two folks. I set the two
different profiles up by going to control panel and mail. The two
profiles show up and ask which I want to load when I open Outlook
2003. My question is, when I change something in one profile, example>
how to send email, I use one for plain text sending and receiving the
other profile the person uses html to send but receives emails in
plain text. If I change something in my profile such as fonts it also
changes the font in the other profile. I thought the two different
profiles would be able use different settings for each different
profile. I must be missing some thing or not setting it up correctly.
I wanted it to work like the identies work in Outlook Express. Thanks
for any help or advice.

Mail profiles cover just your accounts and address book settings, not other
Outlook options. You might be better off using individual Windows logins so
each person can have their own Outlook preferences.
