"progam" has not been installed for the current user.

Every time Word and Powerpoint (Office Professional Enterprise Edition 2003)
opens i receive the message;

"'Program' has not been installed for the current user. Please run setup to
install the application."

What do I do to solve this problem? Please dumb the vocabulary down for me
because I am not extremely computer literate, but I do have a decent working
knowledge of them.
