Program is Automatically Sending e mail on your behalf

When I sync my PDA with my oulook I get the message "A Program is
automtically sending e mail on your behalf. Do you want to allow this?"
Is there anyway to disable this feature?

Check for an updated version of your synchronization software. Most vendors rewrote to eliminate the security prompts many, many months ago.
