Program not responding error msg. when opening outlook

I tried reinstalling the software and all other office
programs are fine. Outlook will not open though. Any
help appreciated. FYI - it used to work fine. When we
moved and set up computer we began having this prob. Not
sure why or what to do. Thanks.
