program trying to access addressbook

I keep getting pop-up saying program trying to access my
addressbook. I've scanned with McAfee, Ad-aware, CWS
shredder and have found no virus/ spyware.

Seems to happen when I create a new message and Outlook
calls Word.

Any odeas?
