I have a valid copy of Office running on my computer. Can I utilize this
valid copy on a second computer if I uninstall Office from the first computer?

If the "valid copy" is retail and not OEM, probably yes. Read the EULA
to be sure.

leave it on the first computer. Read the EULA that comes
