Program will not open MS Office will open up after rebooting.

I have to reboot my system everytime I want to use MSOffice and WinFax program.

The Office won't open up at all from ikon. Win Fax trys to open but hangs
up. Rebooting works but then the problem remains ! ?

MSOffice won't open up without rebooting. I don't really use WinFax within
office. I open it up with its own program and it also hangs up when I try
to open it. If I reboot I can get into either program but once I'm out I
have to reboot to get into either program
