Program will not stay open

My problem first started when I tried to print from Word;
it would give me an error message and then the program
would close. Now, each time I OPEN the program I get the
following error message: "Winword has caused an error in
HPFWIN15.DLL Winword will now close. If you continue to
experience problems, try restarting your computer." I
have no choice but to click "OK" and then the program
closes on its own. A similar error message is now
starting to appear in Excel as well. I have re-installed
MS Office, but the problem still exists. Does anyone have
any idea what my computer's problem is??? Please help!!!

The referenced file is probably your HP printer driver, which is presumably
damaged. Delete and reinstall the printer (you might look at the HP Web site
for an updated driver), as Word cannot function without a properly
functioning printer driver.
