Programatically Changing the Outlook 2003 Cache Size

Just a quick question - does anyone know if there is a way to change the
Outlook 2003 Cache Size using VBA or VBScript?

I refer to the option found under Tools -> Options -> "Other" tab ->
Advanced Options -> Custom Forms -> "Maximum Space on Hard Disk" field

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
