Programs to send e-mail automatically through outlook 2003

I was using Outlook 2000 so far to send mails programmticaly from within my
program. Presently I upgraded it to Outlook 2003 and the security does not
permit my program to send mails automatically. How do I get this function
back?

Any solution would be very helpful. Appreciate all responses.
