Progress bars in PWA

PS2007: what "progress" is being indicated by the progess bars in the Gantt
chart in PWA? Is it percent of completed duration or percent of work
completed or something else?

We track completed work. I don't see a way to configure what the progress
bars track. Is there a way to set it for completed work (unless that is what
it's already tracking.)

The bars show progress the same way that the bars within Project show
progress. This is based primarily on duration.
If your work is linear across the task, then the display would be the same.
When your work is non-linear, you would want to use the percent work
complete column. I suppose there may be a way to use a calculated date field
to figure out some alternative way, but I haven't investigated doing that.
