Proj 2002 Tables in the db Format

I noticed that two tables were missing when I looked at a
db created from Proj 2002. They are MSP_PROJ_SECURITY and
MSP_RES_SECURITY .

Is my copy of Proj 2002 Pro acting correctly, or do I need
to do something?
