[Proj 2007] - Online Templates and Help, url = What?

We work behind a fairly restrictive firewall so we currently can't access
online help or templates directly from inside the firewall. IT is willing to
white list some site.

Does anybody know the URL for the templates and 'on line' help?

I've tried accessing on-line help and it appears that Project is trying to
reach R.Office.Microsoft.Com

A request for on-line templates seem to be trying to reach 65.54.206.58

If anyone can confirm these URLs, that would be great.
