Proj client 2003 not able to connect to Proj svr 2007

Can someone remind me about how correct the following error:

When trying to log onto the project Server 2007 with Project Prof 200
client, I get the following:-

The following file(s) have been blocked by the administrator
/isapi/pjdbcomm.dll

I think this is to do with the IIS manager on the server, but I'm no
sure

In the future, please post your Project Server questions in the
microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup, as this newsgroup is closing
down. To answer your question, you cannot connect Project Professional 2003
to Project Server 2007. You must upgrade to Project Professional 2007.
