Proj Server 2003 and SPS 2003?

Great. Can you tell me what the proper way should be?

Current:
Windows 2000 with SPS 2001

Proposed:
Windows Server 2003 with SPS 2003 and PS 2003.

Any special things to consider?

I'd install the SPS before adding PS2003 to the mix.
Could be troublesome otherwise - sometimes the WSS site doesn't get
"un-managed" by SPS if installed before SPS proper.
However you do it - install the PS site on a non-WSS site and place the PS
WSS site on a separate site and the PSP on yet another site. (All on the
same machine, though)
Make sure the MSDAC virtual web (the one created in the same site as PS) run
in the same AppPool as PS.
