Projec team timesheet viewing

I have many different teams working on many projects all at once. Is there a
way that I can view their unsubmitted timesheet entries rather than waiting
for them to submit them?

Also, once they submit their timesheets are they able to edit them and
re-submit them later (assumption is that they are sent to a PM for approval
in the first instance)

Have you checked out the timesheet audit report which is provided in the
Report Pack ?

They can edit their submitted timesheet actually, jst need to recall them
back: action-->recall timesheet.

No I haven't, where can I find this audit report / Report Pack? Is it an
install add on? I didn't do the instlalation of the server / PWA so I'm not
sure what has been installed and configured.
