Hi,
I have 5 projects saved on our project server 2003, one of them no
longer exists! the admin didnt delete it, nor did the manager of the
project, now i can only see four projects but the last one is missing.
please help.
We're using project server 2003 with project professional 2003 and MS
SQL server 2000 with the latest patch.

Is the plan showing up in the MSP tables or in the WEB tables? Can any
trace of it be found? If not, I would tend to lean towards user error
and that someone actually did delete the plan. Are you using Windows
Sharepoint Services and is it set to automatically provision sites? If
so, you can open up one of the existing Project Server WSS provisioned
sites and change the project ID to ID of the missing project.

It would be interesting to see if the WSS sites still exists. You can
decipher what the missing project's ID was by looking at the numbers of
the still existing projects in PWA>Admin>Manage Windows Sharepoint
Services>Manage Sharepoint Sites.

If it not there, then I would tend to think that someone deleted the
project from the Admin page as that is the only place to detele
Projects and their WSS sites. If it is still there then someone could
have deleted it from Project Professional>File>Open screen which could
be a project manager.
