Project 2002 E-mail Collaboration Error

Hello,

I'm trying to use the e-mail only collaboration option in
Project 2002. I've run the wgsetup.exe and provided my
corporate e-mail address. When I request Project
information, I receive an e-mail attachment in Outlook,
we are using version 2000 SP3. I can open the
attachment, click the 'Reply' button, however when I
update the project form and click 'Send', I receive the
following error message:

An error occurred during initialization.

Any ideas on what the problem is? Could it be a
configuration issue with Outlook?
