If you install Project Server users can create projects in
Project Professional and then publish them to the server.
The information about the projects is then viewed through
Project Web Access by users. Users can open projects and
alter them depending on the settings of permissions and
the groups to which they belong. I would suggest though
that if you are looking to implement this throughout an
organisation or within a section/division with several
users getting a Trained Microsoft Professional may save
you a lot of time and stress (unless you have a computer
whiz kid at your end). Hope this helps.
