Project 2002 on 2003 server cannot log in.

I have done a clean install of Project 2002 on a 2003
Server with SQL 2000 sp3a.
I took all the defaults and chose to put in information
later where I could because I could not get the analyzer
portion to take any login's I entered.
I applied the patch to let it run on 2003, but when I try
to log in to the web interface, it says cannot log in at
this time 5006 try later.
what did I do wrong?

If I'm not wrong the first time you log in you have to use the project
administrator account which is called "Administrator" (if english language).

Same thing happend to me.

It is English. I have tried the Administrator login with
the password I supplied. It is valid because if you use a
non valid one, the error message is different.
