Project 2002 Pro with Excel 2003 drag-and-drop problem

Hi everybody
Users having Windows XP, MS Office 2003 and Project Pro 2002 installed
complain that Project crashed during drag-and-drop operation between Excel
and Project cells. Especially if there is a formula contained in the cell.
Did anybody have such problems ?
