Project 2002 will not open published file

Hi,

We have a problem with project 2002 pro. We can not open our latest
published file. We receive an error: Microsoft project has encountered
a problem and need to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. When
I click to see the report I get : Error signature AppName:
winproj.exe AppVer: 10.0.2002.502 ModName: winproj.exe
ModVer: 10.0.2002.502 Offset: 000c0d1b

Is there someone who has a workaround/solution.

Hi Patrick,

It sounds like you have a corrupted project. The typical fix is to insert
the project into a new file and re-save or insert the project into a master,
make a slight change and re-save the inserted corrupt project.
