Project 2003 AddIn using C#

Hi,
I have developed an extensionfor Project 2003 with C#.
Now I want to show a dialog which displays ongoing informations, an
animation AND in the background I want to interact with the active project
file and with my C# classes.
Is there any white paper, information or so on the web?
My way won't work!
