Project 2003 Can't Save Project 2000 documents

Hi,

I'm trying to save a Project file created in Project 2000
with Project 2003. The file will save once then fails. It
appers to be the same as 817271 for Project 2002. Does
anyone else get this problem?

Any ideas of a fix?
