Project 2003 --- how to block the time report for a completed proj

I presume that you mean you want to prevent team members from reporting
progress on tasks in a completely project. If this is the case, open the
project and then click Tools - Build Team from Enterprise. For each member
of the project team, set the Booking value to Proposed and then click the OK
button. Click Collaborate - Publish - All Information and this will remove
the tasks for that project from each team member's View My Tasks page in
PWA. Hope this helps.

A further question, by the way you introduced, could we keep the original
data the resource reported? We usually use the data captured by OLAP Cube
