Project 2003 login to project server 2003 issue

Hey, Has anyone else run into an issue with loging into a project server and
the server won't validate a known login? This is causing the copy of project
2003 on the win xp box to be unuseable, as it only will close when it does
not authenticate against the server. There seems to be no way to change the
login. I can login from other copies of project 2003 to the server still.
Any good ideas? Thanks TRC
