Project 2003 Pro on Terminal Server 2003

I am trying to install Project 2003 Pro on Windows Server 2003 (for use with
Terminal Services) and I am not able to get it to work.

Are there specific guidelines for this process? I have yet to find any by
searching the Microsoft web site and google.
