Project 2003 Professional to assign tasks in Outlook

Hello everyone. I have Project 2003 Professional and I was led to believe you could download the Outlook Integration Wizard to assigne tasks and receive updates to Project via our network. I have been unable to get to the "Project Web Access 2003" website to make this download
If this feature is only active in Project 2003 Professional Server version, then does anyone know how I can still accomplish this? I have downloaded the Workgroup Message Handler and I can't get that to work either. Perhaps I have installed it in the wrong way or to the wrong directory
Any assistance would be appreciated

Randy:

The Outlook integration of which you speak is available with Project Server
2003 only. If you don't have Project Server, purchasing the professional
edition of Project gives you nothing that you don't get with the standard
edition. As for wgsetup.exe, this is something you must install on
everyone's computer who will participate in the workgroup. What part of it
are you not getting to work?

BTW, it's not a good idea to post your email address without obscuring it a
little like I've done to mine. Otherwise the spambots will pick it up
lickity split!

Apparently your system thinks that it already published the tasks. Can you
think of a reason why it might think that? Did you try publishing before
getting all setup? Try using the Republish feature and see if the tasks get
pushed out.

If you still get no response, you should review your collaboration options
and make sure they're correct.

I did install the message handler on my machine and another users machine.
It said the installation was successful and installed on the C: drive in
Office.
When I go into project and assign an new task and then select Collaborate
and then Publish and then New and Changed Assignments I get a message that
says: There are no items to be published, if unexpected ..." And the bottom
line is the task does not get sent to the resource.
Do I have to put this in the Outlook Program Folder? The install program
selected C:programs/Office by default and I just allowed it to install
there.
