I know it's just an asthetics thing, but why is a) the Office logo in the
Project 2003 splash screen only 16 colors, and b) why is it an Indexed
image, instead of an RGB bitmap, like the rest of the Office System 2003
applications?
To me, it's a major blow against consistency. I am disappointed.
