Project 2003 Standard - Task Bars

currently using 2002 but when several tasks are rolled up
to show on one line they appear as one colour (one bar).
Can these tasks be shown with different colours showing
the seperate tasks on one line on Project 2003

Yes, but it requires creating a number of different barstyles and coding
them so that each task is distinct.
You would create a rolled-up barstyle in each color you want to use and set
the criteria for them to be something like Rolled Up, flag1; rolled up,
flag2 etc. then set the flags on the tasks.
