Project 2003 Std & Email Collaboration

I'm using Project 2003 with email for collaboration. I had this
working once up a time, but it appears to be broken now. I've
installed Project Workgroup and also added the Workgroup\Workgroup
Mail entry in the registry. When I click on "Request Progress
Information", I'm seeing the following error in Project Server
Spooler:

SYSTEM ERROR (0X80020009)

Any ideas?
